Casting
The prepared mould is filled with molten metal to create the jewellery’s base structure. Once cooled, the raw casting is removed, carrying sprues and a rough surface that will be refined in later stages to achieve perfect form and durability.

Filing
Artisans manually file the cast piece to remove sprues, seams, and surface imperfections. This step defines the jewellery’s shape, smooths edges, and prepares the structure for further refinement, ensuring every contour aligns with the original design.

Pre-Polishing
The jewellery undergoes an initial polishing process to smoothen surfaces before stone setting. Pre-polishing enhances metal clarity, removes fine marks, and ensures each section is accessible for clean stone placement, laying the foundation for a flawless finished look.

Setting

Final Polishing
